The Great Himalayan Exploration is the product of an iconic collaboration between Royal Enfield and UNESCO. We have been fortunate enough to document the showcase of this exploration
for both its editions - in 2022 & 2023.
We captured the event's essence through panel discussions, interviews, music performances, and photography. Our content creation spanned various platforms, ensuring the stories of the Himalayan communities reached a global audience.
By consistently delivering high-quality, engaging content, we strengthened the collaboration between
Royal Enfield, UNESCO, and the host communities, promoting the preservation of India's
Intangible Cultural Heritage and sustainability in the region.

THE GREAT HIMALAYAN EXPOLARTION
The Great Himalayan Exploration, a collaboration between Royal Enfield and UNESCO, aims to redefine heritage by including Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) practices and discovering India’s living treasures in the Himalayas.

We, had the privilege of documenting the entire three-day event held at Bikaner House, New Delhi. This comprehensive endeavor captured the event's essence through various forms of media, including insightful panel discussions featuring experts and community leaders, interviews with key participants from UNESCO, Royal Enfield, and local communities, traditional music performances showcasing the rich cultural heritage of the Himalayan region, and high-quality photographs capturing the event's vibrancy and authenticity.
We produced both long-form and short-form content for various channels, including engaging videos for social media and promotional materials, and concise social media posts to reach a wider audience.

We shot and edited twelve insightful panel sessions for a UNESCO and Royal Enfield collaboration. Covering a range of topics, these sessions explored themes like sustainable tourism, responsible travel, and cultural heritage preservation.
Each session not only emphasised the significance of cultural preservation but also highlighted innovative methods to engage with and sustain these traditions in modern contexts, thereby enriching the discourse on heritage and contemporary relevance.

This project not only showcased the rich cultural heritage of the Himalayas but also emphasized the importance of sustainability and long-term collaboration with the host communities.
Our efforts contributed to raising awareness about Intangible Cultural Heritage and promoted a harmonious relationship between Royal Enfield, UNESCO, and the Himalayan communities.
By celebrating the living “treasures” of India in the forms of food, music, art and more we hope to inspire others to appreciate and preserve the intangible cultural heritage that defines our diverse and vibrant nation.
